When trying to invite more recipients to my NPS survey, I receive the following error:
This error will be displayed, when there are no eligible users on the customer list that you are trying to use. By default, all ineligible users will be automatically filtered out of these lists, however if there are no eligible users on the list, the error will be displayed. Below are a list of the different types of Ineligible users.
- Agents in your Zendesk instance
- Any user who received a survey in the last three months
- Any user who marked a previous survey as spam
- Any user who unsubscribed
