When trying to invite more recipients to my NPS survey, I receive an error saying "All the customers in your list are currently ineligible to receive an NPS® survey. Please create a new list of target customers and resend the survey."
Ineligible users will be automatically filtered out. Ineligible users include the following:
- Agents in your Zendesk instance
- Any user who received a survey in the last three months
- Any user who marked a previous survey as spam
- Any user who unsubscribed
