    Hey Jacob,

    I had this problem at first too--I didn't see the setting in my test account. But then I realized I didn't have "Can delete tickets" enabled.

    When that option is enabled, the "Can view deleted tickets" option appears. 

    Is that your problem too? :)

    I wanted to make sure the users with a particular role would not see the view, but I guess they never could?

    Maybe this article should address the Enterprise way of restricting access?

    Hi Max,

    I'm on the Enterprise plan and am not seeing settings related to this on the Roles edit page (or the settings > agents for that matter).

    Yea, I believe you're good. They could never see the view if they can't delete tickets.

    Good idea. We'll update the documentation about custom role settings/permissions. Thanks!

    Hi, Wes - All accounts on the Essential, Team, or Professional plans. Enterprise plans have more granular controls on a per-role basis and won't see this.
