    Hi,

    This was a real problem for us, and this is the work around we did to solve this, requires a few clicks once a day. Hope this helps someone else.

    Create a view that has all solved tickets that came from the channel Facebook messages.

    Create a macro with the auto reply you want. For us this was a requesting feedback message.

    Once a day, go to the view you created, select all tickets, apply macro, submit as solved.
