How can I carry over Organization tags into User profiles?
User and Organization tags can only be carried over to tickets and not to the user and the organization. Even if a user is part of an organization, it doesn't add the organization tag to the user.
Even though it is possible to manually tag these users individually, there are two additional options available for a bulk update:
- Bulk User update with a CSV file and update the users with the tags.
- Use the API to bulk update users. However, this option would require some scripting work and resources.
