I want to cancel my Zendesk Support account but keep using Zendesk Chat. How can I split the accounts?
If you set up the Chat account by creating the account from within Support, it is not possible to cancel Support and keep using the same Chat account. You will need to go to www.zopim.com and create a new Chat account.
Note: This does not apply if you set up the integration by linking an existing Chat account. In this case please contact email@example.com.
