A customer set a ticket to solved in the Help Center support requests, how do I create a trigger to know when this happens?

    Hi Alessandro! I apologize for the delayed response!

    Can you tell me how you know it's not running? Have you been testing it in production? Or is it just that you haven't seen any tickets with this tag yet? If it's the latter case, it might be that no end-user has solved a ticket in the Help Center yet.
