Today we released User Segments for Guide. User Segments makes it easier to manage restrictions on which groups of agents or end-users can view content in your Help Center knowledge base or community.
Changes to managing access restrictions
You can create user segments of agents or end-users based on groups, tags, or organizations on the User Segments page. These user segments can be used to restrict access to particular knowledge base sections or community topics. For information, see Creating user segments to restrict Help Center access.
You can apply a user segment to a section or topic using the new User segment field when you edit a section or topic. You can select from a list of your user segments to restrict visibility to that audience.
