How can I remove agents from groups?
Answer
You can remove agents from a group by editing the group in the Admin Center:
- Go to the Groups page and edit the group.
- Click the trash can icon () next to the name of the team member you want to remove.
- Once you removed the users, click Save.
As a best practice, reassign any tickets assigned to agents you are removing before you remove them from the group.
