You can view a list of your existing user segments from the User Segments admin page. From there you can also easily see the sections or topics where each user segment is applied in your Help Center.
- In Guide, click the Arrange content () icon in the sidebar, then click User segments.
A list of your user segments appears. User segments appear in the order in which they created, newest to oldest. You cannot rearrange user segments in the list.
At a glance you can see the name of the user segment and its access type, either signed-in users or agents and managers.
- Click any user segment to expand it and view details.
When you view details for a user segment, you see a list of the organizations or tags for this user segment.
In the details, you also see a list of any knowledge base sections or community topics where the user segment is applied in your Help Center. This gives you an overview of where the user segment is being used. You can apply or change a user segment in the individual section or topic settings pages.You can click Edit to make changes to the user segement (see Editing user segments) or Delete to remove the user segment (see Deleting user segments).
