Where can users see my agent profile picture?
Your agent profile picture is visible in the agent interface, and is visible to your agents in the following places:
- In the right-hand corner of the agent interface
- In your agent profile: Admin icon () > Manage > People > User (edit)
- Next to any comment or ticket update
- In email notifications sent from your Zendesk. Your profile picture will appear within the HTML of the email.
- Recipients of CSAT surveys will also see the assignee's profile picture on the survey rating page.
Note: If the email client is able to display the HTML version of an email, your profile picture will display next to any comments made within the ticket.
