Why are new views and macros, created in my the Support interface, not being displayed in my iOS Support App?
The iOS app will not immediately refresh or update when adjustments are made in your Support interface. However, the app will perform a background refresh every 30 minutes to almost all of the data used by the app. This means that you will need to sign out of your app completely and re-authenticate into the app to see the changes take effect immediately. This will update the iOS app to reflect any adjustments you have made within the Support interface.
