Why do deleted attributes still show up in Insights?

    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks for this update. Only problem I see is that there are still attributes that are visible in insights filter that do not have anything associated with them i.e. no tickets were created. We did an update of all our organisations in Zendesk and created a dashboard that is shared with other colleagues, however, these deleted orgs appear. Its really messy.

    Hey Sergio,

    Thanks for the heads up! I'd like to take a closer look at your situation by taking your question into a Ticket. Keep an eye out for an email from me and we'll look into why you might have Attribute Data showing up in your Insights that isn't connected to any Ticket Data.
