I followed the instructions to log in my Chat mobile app listed in this article: Chat mobile app authentication. However, I am getting an authentication error when trying to log into my Chat mobile app.
Make sure you have activated the Chat feature first in Zendesk Support via the web browser:
- Go to Admin icon () > Channels > Chat > Get Started.
Once you've activated it, you should then be able to login to the chat app on your phone. If you are still receiving an error, contact our support team for further assistance.
