I am getting an authentication error when trying to log into my Chat mobile app.
- Your Chat account has been created from within Support (Phase 2 account).if you click on the Chat icon you are automatically logged in without entering new credentials.
- You have already followed the instructions to log into your Chat mobile app, see: Chat mobile app authentication..
- You are still getting an authentication error.
Make sure you have activated the Chat feature first in Zendesk Support via the web browser:
- Go to Admin > Channels > Chat > Get Started.
Once you've activated it, you should then be able to login to the chat app on your phone.
