I am getting an authentication error when trying to log into my Chat mobile app.
You have a Chat phase 2 account: Your Chat account has been created from within Support (if you click on the Chat icon you are automatically logged in without entering new credentials).
You have already followed the instructions to log into your Chat mobile app here: Chat mobile app authentication, and you are still getting an authentication error.
Make sure you have and activated the chat feature first in Zendesk via a web browser:
- Go to Admin > Channels > Chat > Get Started.
Once you've activated it, you should then be able to login to the chat app on your phone.
