I am getting an authentication error when trying to log into my Chat mobile app.
- Your Chat account has been created from within Zendesk Support account.
- You have already followed the instructions to log into your Chat mobile app found here.
- You are still getting an authentication error.
Make sure you have activated the Chat feature first in Zendesk Support via the web browser:
- Go to Admin > Channels > Chat > Get Started.
Once you've activated it, you should then be able to login to the chat app on your phone. If you are still receiving an error, please reach out to our Support team at email@example.com.
