This article lists the current and legacy Zendesk Talk plans and includes information on how to view the features available for these plans. Talk plans prior to September 6th, 2017, are referred to as legacy plans.
Current and legacy plans
The following table shows the legacy Talk plans, available prior to September 6th, 2017, and their corresponding current plans:
Legacy Talk plan type | Current Talk plan type |
---|---|
Lite | Lite |
Basic | Team |
Advanced | None (see note below) |
None | Professional (see note below) |
None | Enterprise |
Partner Edition | Partner Edition |
Note: Previously, features for Talk Professional were added to Talk Advanced. Since March 2019, Talk Advanced no longer receives feature updates. You can view the features available by plan type on the Zendesk Talk pricing page.
Determining which plan you're on
If you purchased a plan before September 6th, 2017, you will remain on that plan. However, if you are a Talk Lite customer you can only upgrade to one of the new Zendesk Talk plans.
Note: Only customers who have been using the CTI API since October 26, 2016 or earlier can be grandfathered into the new Partner Edition plan. Anyone who has not been using the CTI API prior to October 26th, 2016, will need to pay for Partner Edition licenses.
