Because of our Facebook page structure, all the different Facebook pages appear on the trigger list with the same name. Just the name of the company, is there any way to distinguish the different pages?

    Hi Claudia,

In order for this process to work it is required that you are able to differentiate the accounts on the trigger side.

Are there any other properties you could think of that is unique for the tickets of different Facebook pages? In theory you could have a trigger add a tag based on something else as well if it is not possible to make a small naming convention change for the Facebook pages.

    Hi,

How can I create a trigger for facebook private messages using the admin center integration method?

There is no "Integration account" field available when I'm trying to create these triggers.

This is the method that I'm following:

    Hi Oskar,

Good day! If you would like to create a trigger for your Facebook Messenger request you will need to use this condition Channel + Is + Facebook Messenger. Sadly, the Integration Account condition is not supported when the new social messaging experience is enabled.
Our Social messaging team is working on features and hopefully, this will be available soon. This is also mentioned as messaging limitation here https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500000106442#topic_u4c_wzp_wnb. Hope this helps!
