Agents are typing in a right to left (RTL) language like Arabic or Hebrew. Comments initially typed in the comment box are correctly justified to the right, but upon comment submission, the text is shifted and displayed as being left-justified.
Rich text editor is enabled.
This is considered expected behavior as the rich text editor does not currently support RTL languages. The only workaround for this at this time is to use markdown for formatting instead.

In order for inbound messages composed in an RTL language to render correctly, rich content in emails must be enabled. You can find this setting under Admin icon () > Channels > Email.
