    @Augusto, I have submitted a ticket on this issue, and am awaiting the outcome. It would be preferable if in all cases the error message would give a specific reason for the import failure.

    Why is Zendesk not intuitive at all?

    I am trying to import a template, can someone please tell me where I can see the specifications to import the template! I have been trying to finish my website within Zendesk for two weeks and it is only informative. All I want now is to be able to export my template please! I repeat, where can I read the specifications to import correctly?

    Just to confirm, you are trying to upload a template to your Help Center? If so, you may want to check out the Adding multiple article, section, and category templates to your theme.

    You should consider making tutorial videos of all this, if you see that it is too difficult to explain, imagine how difficult it is for your clients.

    We are always striving to make our products more intuitive - please share as many details as possible about how you think we can make it more intuitive here in our Guide product feedback topic.

    Regarding how to Import a theme, here is a description of how it's done, you can also drag-and-drop your theme (as a ZIP) into the themes page to import.

    If the problem you are having is that your theme does not validate when you import it, then make sure that your theme templating API (Just "API" in the file) version is set to "2" in the theme's manifest file, that your code conforms to the documentation here  (no typos etc.) and that the folder and file structure of your theme conforms to the the same structure that you can see for the Copenhagen theme here on GitHub.

    If you theme is not valid when you import it you will get a notification detailing the error.

    When you work with the theme outside Guide you can have your code validated as you work by using Zendesk apps tools (ZAT).
