Why are there two different widgets showing in my Help Center?

Two widgets will appear when you add the Web Widget for Help Center in Zendesk Support and when you enable Zendesk Chat for Help Center in Guide settings.
- If you do not want to add the Web Widget to Help Center, you can remove it in Zendesk Support under Admin > Channels > Widget, then in the Setup tab toggle Add to Help Center.
- If you do not want to use Zendesk Chat for Help Center you can disable it in Guide > Settings, then under Integrations, uncheck Chat.

Why can't they both be active?
Hi Jay,
If you want both of the widgets to exist, you certainly could have them, but the Web Widget can provide all the functionality in the Help Center. Having both would be redundant and will increase your page time load without adding any additional features.
