You can use the Help Center API to publish copies of any article in one or more specified locations in your Help Center, or in any branded Help Center in your Guide Professional plan. Then you can use the API to periodically sync the content of your source articles to their copies.
Here's the general workflow:
Identify the source article and the locations in Help Center where you want the copies to live.
Feed the information to the Help Center API to replicate the source article in each location.
Save the information about the source article and its copies in a map. You'll need the map to sync the content of source articles to their copies later.
Periodically sync the content of source articles to their copies using the map. Using the API, check every source article in the map, comparing the last updated date of each source article against its copies. If the update date of the source is more recent than the copy, overwrite the out-of-date content.
For an example of an app that does this, see Mimeo, a small, open-source application on Github. You can clone or download it to try it out. You can also modify or extend it any way you want. To learn more, see the project's readme.
