Can anonymous users access assets in Help Center?
Yes, anonymous users can access assets within your Help Center, but only if that anonymous user has the direct URL link for the asset. When you upload an assets to a theme it’s placed onto our CDN (Content Delivery Network). CDNs need to be public in order to increase the performance of a website.
Public CDNs allow for assets to be geographically distributed, allowing end-users to connect to the closest server possible. Having public CDNs also enables a layer of caching that will improve response times for assets and reduce the overall load time on the system when requesting to move an asset out of Zendesk.
For more information on assets, see Using your own theme assets for Help Center (Guide Professional).
