"We couldn't deliver this message."
"We couldn't send the message"
Or the status of my message is:
There are multiple reasons why a message can fail. Please reach out to support with your ticket number that the message had an issue on and we can let you know why the message failed.
Some common reasons the message fails to send:
Unreachable destination handset
This Phone Number does not support SMS/Text
The message exceeds the 1600 character limit
