Why am I getting the error AADSTS65005: Invalid resource when I login via Microsoft Azure SSO to my Zendesk account?
This might be caused by the fact that the app identifier had been configured without the https:// part - i.e. subdomain.zendesk.com instead of https://subdomain.zendesk.com .
We would recommend setting both values to https://subdomain.zendesk.com .
Zendesk has not developed our own integration with Azure Active Directory, but Microsoft has created a tutorial on how to configure Azure with Zendesk for SAML SSO.
