Why am I getting the error AADSTS65005: Invalid resource when setting up SSO with Microsoft Azure?

    The article is correct in that you need to update the App Identifier in Azure to subdomain.zendesk.com as the default template uses https://subdomain.zendesk.com, however the note following, "Amending the Identifier to https://subdomain.zendesk.com should address this" is backwards. Needs to read, "Amending the Identifier to subdomain.zendesk.com should address this."

    Similarly, if you get the error AADSTS650056 you do need to set the Identifier (Entity ID) in Azure AD as subdomain.zendesk.com and not https://subdomain.zendesk.com
