I changed my email domain to a new domain and now I can not login via Google Authentication (or another type of SSO authentication).
Example: Old domain email@example.com was changed to firstname.lastname@example.org
The email domain change will no longer allow me to authenticate into my Zendesk account via SSO login method.
You can access Zendesk using the native Zendesk authentication credentials. Once you log in, you can then make any necessary changes to SSO settings as well as user email addresses. If the customer is still using both domains during a transition period, it is recommended that both domains exist on their user profile to assist in any switch from an SSO perspective. Please also note that while we will allow any email address on a user profile to be used for login, that email will be set as the primary email address for that user. There is some additional information available in this article as well on what to do when your SSO service is down.
