    I have a similar problem, moving from Gmail to Outlook. How do I log in "using the native Zendesk authentication credentials" when Zendesk ALWAYS goes to a Gmail account? I can't get passed that as there's no way to enter a different email domain.

    John,

    You can use the backdoor link, mentioned at the end of the article, to bypass the Google/Outlook/SSO login and use the original Zendesk password, that you created when originally signing up for service, to access the account
