No, unfortunately there is no native solution in place which would allow you to load a previous state of your Zendesk instance. However, you can back-up your ticket data via one of the ticket export options available, or utilize our Zendesk API to retrieve. These options allow administrators to export and maintain data outside of Zendesk. In the event that something was altered an administrator would still have access to previous data.
