Any update on this issue? The current resolution is not the smoothest experience for our current users.

    Hello Jordan Schneider,

At this time, the recommended workaround is the best current solution to this issue. I would suggest though posting your concerns on our product feedback forums so our developers can consider your requests for future product updates.

    Best regards.

Sorry, what's the "workaround" then? You mention a workaround in the most recent comment Devan - Community Manager. This is a pretty awful user experience, and I'll head over to the Product Feedback forum and let them know how it affects our users as you recommend, but if there's a workaround I definitely want to know about it!

Edited to add - When I click the product feedback forums linked above I get an "oops" page...

    Hey Whitney,

Apologies for the confusion in Devan's post. There's currently no workaround and this is expected behavior as mentioned in the above article. I've updated the link in Devan's post as it looks like the original link was archived.

Feel free to post back here with a link to your Product Feedback post you create as I'm happy to pass this along to our Product Managers.

Appreciate you taking the time to share this with us!

We're also experienced similar problem. If the widget allows access to the restricted content using JWT token, it makes no sense at all for this not to flow through when you open the full article. To me this seems to be an obvious gap in your product as everywhere else in your documentation & knowledgebase talk about using jwt token to access restricted content via widget and such a restriction has never been called out anywhere. This is an awful user experience from developer perspective as well as for end user accessing the help center.

I have raised a feature request here:

It's been a year since this thread was opened. Has there been any development on this topic at all? At least some kind of a workaround?
