Users who attempt to log into Zendesk are presented with a
"Please use one of the options below to sign in" error.
- User has an existing user record on Zendesk
- Account is using multiple sign-on options (more details on the Single sign-on (SSO) options in Zendesk is available in our knowledge base)
This error indicates the user is trying to authenticate using the wrong sign-on option for their user type. Encourage the user to select the correct sign-on method for their user type as listed under Admin icon () > Settings > Security.
