Users who attempt to log into Zendesk are presented with a
"Please use one of the options below to sign in" error.

This error indicates the user is trying to authenticate using the wrong sign-on option for their user type. In other words, an end-user is trying to use an authentication method only available to agents, or vice-versa, an agent is trying to use an authentication method only available to end-users.
The user must sign in with a method enabled for their user type under Admin icon () > Settings > Security.
