    Hi Joshua, 

    Yes it will be possible to add a call button to your Guide Helpcenter. If you follow the steps in these two articles it will guide you on how to get the widget with a call button displaying in your Helpcenter.  

    If you still need help you can raise a ticket with our Support team and they can also guide you.

    I receive calls from Caller Unknown is there a way to authenticate the caller in the widget?

    Unfortunately, at this time, the Zendesk Widget cannot authenticate callers from within the Widget.
