I selected a number in my Voice and Text settings but now I want a new phone number to call my leads. Is it possible to change my phone number?
Contact the Zendesk Customer Support team for assistance in changing your number. The team can release your phone number so that you can navigate to your Voice and Text settings and select a new available phone number.
When you change your Voice number, all logged phone calls and recordings from the old voice number stay in the account.
