Amazon AppFlow makes the task of scheduling data synchronisation from Zendesk to AWS simple, supporting the batch export of a range of Zendesk data types including Tickets, Users, Organizations, and Guide Articles.
AppFlow now adds support for AWS-to-Zendesk data flows, enabling three Zendesk batch actions:
- Upsert (create or update) Users
- Create Tickets
- Update Tickets
This new functionality opens up new use cases such as:
- Syncronising data from a range of supported AWS services, and SaaS partners into Zendesk.
- Orchestrating data synchronization between Zendesk, AWS, and other SaaS partners using AppFlow in combination with Amazon EventBridge.
AppFlow is available across all Zendesk plans, subject to your API usage limits. For details on getting started, see our setup guide for AppFlow and Zendesk here.
