From 11:00 am - 11:45 pm CST, we’ll be showcasing how we manage our help center and show our best practices for making proactive support work for you in your Guide instance. KCS, or Knowledge-Centered Service, is the gold standard for modern Knowledge Management. Come join us to hear more about how you can use KCS methodologies and Zendesk tools to:
