Our CDN experienced some network issues this morning that resulted in increased error rates and degraded performance for customers. The errors have subsided. If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know.
POST-MORTEM
During this incident, customers saw increased timeouts and latency after a change in our CDN provider's traffic management control plane which prevented load from being moved between our CDN provider's datacenters. This change caused increased CPU load in some of our CDN provider's datacenters and also caused Argo to be disabled. The change that caused datacenters from receiving traffic was reverted and load normalized across the service.
