Customize Form Field Drop Down
Sherwyn is looking for a way to edit the font size and height of the Form Drop Down menu in Support as it is currently too small for her liking.
Feature request handling
Hema is looking for a workflow to better handle feature requests from customers. They would like this setup to Create an Enhancement request ticket in Jira assigned to Development and finish by sending a note to the customer via a Zendesk ticket regarding the availability of the enhancement.
