We are investigating errors with our API endpoints and 3rd party integrations for customers on POD 19. More information to follow
During this incident, customers saw increased latency and errors. Third party integrations were also significantly impacted. A network congestion on the Private Network Interconnect (PNI) between our CDN provider's Virginia facility and our cloud provider's US-East-1 region caused increased latency and error rates especially seen by 3rd Party integrations. Enabling a second edge router, removed the congestion and resolved the issue.
