One of our community moderators, Chandra, shared a way to be notified in Slack once their support queue reached a certain threshold so that individuals that weren’t scheduled to be in the queue could jump in and help out.
Tracking equipment assignment to users
Vincent is looking for an efficient way to track asset assignment between users in Zendesk. Currently they use custom fields but are looking for an easier method for setting this up either natively or through an app in the marketplace.
Support desk echo chamber
Dominic will occasionally have to reach out to another Zendesk user and is experiencing issues with automated emails from their Zendesk account populating in their tickets. He is looking for any way they can set up a rule (based on subject or message content) that sends these spam messages to a separate folder/straight to solved.
Get a list of all Community Members
Michael is looking for a way to get a full list of all their community members in Gather but is having trouble coming up with a solution.
Policy / Procedure Template or Set Up
Marlene is curious on how everyone else is sharing policies and procedures in Guide. Particularly if anyone has any templates they'd be willing to share.
