Can I use custom user or organization fields in my view conditions?
No, views are limited to the data found in tickets. The only field types shown as condition options are system or custom ticket fields.
However, a workaround to this limitation is to leverage the tags added by user fields and certain organization field types (drop down and checkbox fields). Since the tags from these custom fields are explicitly added to the ticket, in these situations the view condition of Tags | Contains at least one of the following will also work for user and organization tags.
