    Hey Sophia! 

    Just to make sure, does your Salesforce plan have API access? To use the Zendesk-Salesforce integration it requires access to the Salesforce API. According to the following resource Salesforce does not give API access to Professional, Group or Contact edition: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000005140&type=1.

    Just want to rule that possibility out!

    Hey Schuyler,

    I confirmed with one of our Salesforce experts and it looks like you cannot add multiple conditions to a filter at this time.

    I'll be sure to submit this as product feedback to the appropriate team so they're aware of this need.

    Is "Account Owner" not a field we can map from Salesforce?  I'm not finding it in the list.
