We are excited to be offering a new Salesforce Integration - built on Zendesk which is now generally available. You need to have a Salesforce Edition with API rights to use this. Get started with setting up the new integration here.

Ticket Views query Zendesk in real-time and display lists of tickets from within your Salesforce object. Using this functionality, no Zendesk ticket data will be stored in Salesforce. To send complete records of Zendesk tickets into Salesforce, please see Sending Zendesk tickets into Salesforce instead.
