    This documentation is currently out of date. I know because I went to refer to it when using the value of a field created for this plugin as a value within a Macro

    Specifically, Order ID Field ID is no longer shown in the configuration or setup.

    You can find the Field ID used by going to Admin > Manage > Ticket Fields.
