Setting up the Zendesk Support for Shopify integration

    When we integrated Shopify with Zendesk, it added the Shopify Order ID for Support and for Chat in the left sidebar.  Both of these IDs are uneditable in the Ticket Fields. What is the reason to have an Order ID field for each channel?

    Hi Jamie, Seeing duplicate order ID fields could be possible when using both the Shopify for Support and Shopify for Chat apps. However, if you have the Support app, that will add the web widget to your site and you can use the widget with Chat enabled to provide chat service!
