    Hi Kayla,

    You're correct and the statement will allow for you to replace Lucida Sans Unicode, Lucida Grande font-family if it's detected. If it doesn't detect the font listed, then the default content will instead be sent to the user.

    If you run into any issues with this you may want to get your developers involved as this is not a supported workflow by Zendesk.
