    Hi Sandro! I'm not sure I quite understand your question...are you saying that the option to enable emojis isn't showing up in your settings?

    There isn't any setting or native plug-in that'll let you insert emojis into articles, but I know there are browser extensions that will let you select and copy/paste emojis into any text box. I created a test article in my own Zendesk and was able to confirm that it'll work there, too.

    I've used an extension called Emoji for Google Chrome for a while now, but there are several other available as well. Just bear in mind that none of these are officially supported by Zendesk, so we can't promise that they'll work perfectly forever or support them if they break.
