    Is it possible to display data beyond the 100 latest ratings? We traditionally rate around 95%+. Our sales team likes to cite these numbers and I was asked if it would be possible to display satisfaction numbers for all of 2015. Thanks!

    Hi Phil! You won't be able to get this information through the native reporting in your Zendesk because that only goes back 90 days, so you'll need to pull the information out using our API. You can find some information on that there: https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/core/satisfaction_ratings If you were to upgrade to the Professional or Enterprise plan you'd have access to Insights, which is our advanced reporting tool that would allow you to create reports with this information. The higher price point might not be feasible for you, though. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Hi, this looks cool. Is there a way to separate the satisfaction rating by brand or group? The satisfaction score varies greatly depending on brand, b2c or b2b groups etc.

    Hey Anna,

    Natively there wouldn't be a way to set this up so you'd most likely need to do this via custom code in your Guide theme. 

    While we aren't able to assist with custom code, we do have some great documentation that I believe you will find useful.

    I also encourage you to create a post in our Guide Themes and Customization topic to see if any other community members can offer up some advice.

    One bit of feedback... since it's out of 100, the first and third box will always be the same number. It's redundant to have them both. 🙂

    This probably isn't the right place to ask this question, but I couldn't find anywhere else.  

    Is there a way to change the way the satisfaction displays to the customer?  Instead of hyperlinks could you put images or change how the hyperlinks read?

    Hi Joshua!

    Although the automation email for customer satisfaction ratings can be customized the customer satisfaction rating page that opens in browser is a system default page that cannot be edited. You cannot add images or change the way the satisfaction page shows.
