    I do not see the Zendesk Insights tab. The link redirects me to https://www.zendesk.com/explore/ to register.

    Submitted a support ticket with no help yet.

    I'm confused - I'm a long-time insights user on an enterprise plan and I do not see this option for setting the daily sync time.

    Is there something I must enable?

    Hi Jeremy,

    There's not a daily sync time option on Enterprise because you automatically get hourly syncs. That setting is for Professional plans because they get one sync per day.

    Is there a way to trun off Insights once it has been turned on?

    Hey Jason!

    If you need assistance with disabling your Insights project once it has been enabled our Advocacy team should be able to assist.  Your Account Owner will want to reach out to us at support@zendesk.com or submit a ticket to us through their preferred channel.  Alternatively, I can also create a ticket for you from your response in this thread.  I wasn't sure if you were just asking or if you actually needed assistance with completing that so I haven't completed this proactively :)
