    Why is my theme not saving when I paste the conditional fields code in the document head code? I am receiving this error: "Failed to save theme. We were unable to save your theme."

    I just read through all of the messages and I am not sure if this has been answered a different way, but I need some help.

    I have two different fields that I have conditions on. One of the fields is only supposed to display if it is selected in the other conditional field. But on the user page, it shows no matter what is selected in the first conditional field. On the agent screen it works as planned.

    Any idea how to get it to work correctly on the user page?

    Hello, I was not aware before today that the Conditional App has a limited storage space. I seemed to have run out of the space and can no longer add new rules. I am curious to know where this storage space is located. Is there a way to view how much space each rule is occupying? And if I need to add a new rule, is there a way to do it without deleting the existing rules? Thank you.

    We got notification from zendesk. Notification says they will support for V1 apps from October 2019. Conditional fields app is one of the V1 apps. I would like check if you have plans to upgrade it to V2

    I received a message that the new Conditional field functionality was available for beta testing but I only see the option to perform this on our Production environment.  Can I perform this conversion from using the 1.0v of the app to the new base functionality in the Sandbox?

    Hey Bill,

    You're production environment is most likely the account that got added to the EAP. If you want to test this within your Sandbox account you'd need to sign up here and provide your Sandbox subdomain instead.

    Hi, does the WIDGET support conditional fields?
    I have set conditional fields for agent and help center and it works.
    The widegt instead display all the list of fields and conditions do not work.

    @ Brett:  I signed up as you suggested that same day of your post but have not seen the functionality available in our Sandbox.  Is there someone I need to contact to follow up on this or do you know a reason I may not have received it?

    Hi there,

    While trying out the new built-in Conditional Fields in Sandbox mode, I notice that I am unable to replicate one particular important function which the current Conditional Fileds V1 App allows me to do.

    • Making a field Required makes the field Required to submit. "Agent" cannot submit the request until they complete the required field.
    • The "Submit" button will be greyed out until an Agent fills up the Required field.

    How do I replicate this function with the new built-in Conditional Fields?

    I am very reluctant to do the migration at the moment until I have a clearer picture of this matter.

    Are you on Professional or Enterprise? The title says it's an add on for professional so you may need to talk to your account manager.

    @P I figure the app isn't available anymore as the functionality has been built into the native environment. This article will probably only exist until the app is fully depreciated.

    Like Andrew said, if you're on a Professional plan or higher, the feature is available.
