    Since yesterday I was unable to export the latest NPS comments.
    After few tentative I found a solution,
    NPS exportation have always the same link pattern

    https://DOMAIN.zendesk.com/nps/file/survey_responses/NUMBER

    Domain will be your own domain
    and 
    Number is the actual number of the NPS of the selected time frame usually 12 digit.

    Is there a way to analyse comments by keyword either by manually tagging or having some kind of keyword/topic frequency report?

    As of the moment, there is no native way to tag comments by keywords on the frequency report. Nevertheless, we understand your need for this functionality, so we are marking this as Product Feedback.
