Because previous agent interface have this feature, it allows us to search ticket with prepopulate url string but now we can't do about it. Is there any way we can achieve it again with the new agent user interface. ??? I hope you'll support this because it is really useful for us and any other companies. Thank you. Are you searching for a ticket URL, or are you searching for something within a ticket? Austin Villanueva March 22, 2018 22:15 Permalink Hi Jessie, so basically with new agent interface I can only do search within Zendesk search bar right? What I wanted to do is pass the keyword in the browser url then it will prepopulate the Zendesk agent search bar. so instead of opening the agent interface and type the keywords for search I can simply create a url with the keyword on it then once the page is loaded the zendesk agent search bar is already populated and all results are already in the list. I don't need to type the keywords again for that. That's what I wanted to achieve because in the previous version of zendesk I can do that. this is the url from the previous agent "companyName.zendesk.com/search?query=type:ticket" this url can populate the search bar and do search with the given query.
