What does the Zendesk time zone and format (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203663386-Configuring-your-Zendesk-for-your-locale-and-language#topic_dil_hnc_xe) change if we have to manually add JS to change the Article Updated to 24 hours vs 12 in the Help Center?

Is there a feature in the works to have the setting apply to ALL Zendesk and HelpCenter time formats? Thanks!

    Hi Kelley,

Great question! The timezone settings within the interface is meant for internal agents and showing the time of updates within tickets. I'm not aware of a plan to push that setting out to Help Centers as well, so for now it will remain a custom JavaScript solution.

Hi all, I've updated the article to reflect the changes when curlybars were launched.

Hi, does the update time changes when we add an attachment in an Article?

We did that but the update time still says "4 days ago Updated"

Hi Albert! Welcome to the Community!

Any time you go into an article, make a change, and then update the article, it should update the time. If you weren't seeing it right away, it was probably because the browser cache hadn't refreshed yet. Doing a hard refresh on your browser will usually take care of this.
