    For all who are wondering why this no longer works as of today (12/3). The Google Feed API is officially deprecated. I suggest using the built-in jQuery ajax or get call http://api.jquery.com/jquery.ajax/ .

    Thanks, Brandon. I added a note at the top of the article and included your suggestion.

    No problem! When I finish my solution I will post it here as an example.

    @Brandon/Charles, any luck on finding a new way to get an RSS feed or even just a pager notification when content changes?

    @Andrew, it looks as though the Google Feed API is still functional. Therefore the code above still works. I'll respond if it stops working again.

    Hi if I want to insert more then one rss feed is that possible?

    I tried it by inserting the code a second time in js tab but with another tag (changed my feed in smth else in js and in page) but he only shows one feed.

    Hi Chantal,

    You'd need to insert the following, right before the last curly bracket in the function that the above instructions help you create:

        var feedControl2 = new google.feeds.FeedControl();
        feedControl2.setNumEntries(25);
        feedControl2.addFeed("Second Feed URL");
        feedControl2.draw(document.getElementById('New Feed ID'));

    And then you'd need to replace 'Second Feed URL' with the URL of your 2nd feed and replace 'New Feed ID' with the ID that you'll be using in the second DIV that you're inserting in your HTML.
    There's also a conversation in the Google forums pertaining to this [at this link](https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/google-ajax-search-api/-b0eD36Em44) that might be helpful. Also, for more information on using the Google Feed API, Google has some great documentation [at this link](https://developers.google.com/feed/).

    Cheers,

    Hello - this seems like it would be very helpful.

    Can anyone update the content to reflect instructions for:       http://api.jquery.com/jquery.ajax/     ?

    Hi,

    That's not what I want to do but thank you!

    I am looking to embed our Facebook feed on our Help Center to scroll as we post things. Not to use as a channel or for tickets.

    Ah, sorry that I misunderstood.

    I don't believe there's an officially supported way to do this, but some community members may have a workaround for you. I'll ask around though.

    Hey Heather - I talked with someone internally and they said it's something that could probably be done via the Facebook API, but that it's mostly outside the realm of Zendesk and more on the Facebook side. He suggested this resource:

    https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/v2.8/page/feed

    Hope that helps some!

    Hi Nicole,

    Thank you! I see it's not as simple as I thought but that's ok, thanks for the info!
